Mr. Laurent Pelissier founded Ultrasonix in 2000. Since inception of the company he provided the technical vision and leadership to develop the OpenSONIX ultrasound platform and its associated products, including the Sonix RP, leading research tool for developing new ultrasound diagnostic technologies and the Sonix Series systems for the emerging ultrasound imaging segments.

Mr. Pelissier was instrumental in transforming the Company from an R&D venture into a global, profitable company with sales in over 68 countries. He holds a M. Sc in Electrical Engineering from Ecole National Superieure de l'Electronique et ses Application (ENSEA) in Cergy Pontoise, France.

Mr. Don Wright is a CMA and brings Ultrasonix extensive and varied background in Finance and business operations with nearly 25 years in the media industry. Most recently, Don was Director of Finance for Pacific Newspaper Group, publisher of the Vancouver Sun and Province, and prior to that was VP Business Operations for Global Television Western Operations.

Mr. Sundeep Rao has extensive Manufacturing and Supply Chain experience in the hi-tech, automotive and electronics industries. He joined Ultrasonix from Ballard Power Systems where he held positions of increasing responsibility in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain area.

Prior to joining Ballard Power Systems, Mr. Rao was a management consultant with Ernst and Young LLP where he consulted for clients in the areas of Supply Chain and Business Process Improvement. Rao's career also includes tenures with Telxon Corporation and General Motors Corporation in the United States.

Mr. Rao holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, Houston and a Masters Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Oklahoma State University. He obtained his Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering from Bangalore University.

Mr. Graham Coulter has over 25 years experience in operations and logistics management in the transportation and aviation industry. He joined Ultrasonix as Director of Customer Services from Heli-One where he held the position of Global Customer Support Manager.

Prior to Heli-One, Graham held various roles in the airline and logistics fields including the British Columbia Ministry of Health's Air Ambulance Service as well as VP Administration and Business Development for a regional airline where he managed the business through its initial growth phases increasing revenues from 1.2 to 25 MM over 4 years.

Mr. Joe Bjorklund has over 13 years of Clinical and Sales Management experience in the Healthcare industry and joined Ultrasonix in 2006.

Prior to joining Ultrasonix, Mr. Bjorklund was National Sales Manager- Hospital Business for RF Technologies, a leading provider of comprehensive, integrated radio frequency identification (RFID) safety and security solutions. He also served in various Sales and Management positions with SonoSite Inc. from 2000 to 2003 through a growth phase where revenues increased from 32 to nearly 85 MM.

Mr. Bjorklund holds a Bachelors Degree from St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN.

Mr. Gunnar Olafsson graduated with a B.Sc. in Physiology and thereafter joined Glasgow's Royal Children Hospital, as a Cardiac Physiologist.

After thirteen years there he left to head up the Cardiac Department at the Royal Children Hospital in Edinburgh. Four years later he joined Toshiba Medical Systems Europe. In 2004 he left Toshiba to join SonoSite and set up their European Education Centre, then became Clinical Marketing Manager, then SonoSite's Distributor Manager for the Western Europe territories and in 2008 he joined BCF Technology as International Distributor Manager.

Mr. Olafsson most recently joined Ultrasonix in January 2010.

Mr. David Woodhead has over 24 years of Technical and Sales Management experience in the Healthcare industry, 15 years of which were in the international sales of Diagnostic Ultrasound Systems.

Prior to joining Ultrasonix, Mr .Woodhead was International Sales Manager for enverdis GmbH, Germany, were he successfully launched a range of novel and unique cardiovascular diagnostic systems into the international healthcare market. For many years David also held positions of increasing responsibility in International sales with Dynamic Imaging Ltd, UK.

Mr. Woodhead holds a Bachelors Degree from Leicester Polytechnic (now De Montfort University), Leicester, UK.
