Laurent Pelissier - Chief Technical Officer
Mr. Laurent Pelissier founded Ultrasonix in 2000 and brings over 10 years of successful experience in software and hardware design. Before completion of his electrical engineering degree, Mr. Pelissier managed and implemented software projects for several companies, leading them to successful products. He has been managing the R&D team and overall direction for product development since the inception of the company in 2000. He holds a M. Sc in Electrical Engineering from Ecole National Superieure de l'Electronique et ses Application (ENSEA) in Cergy Pontoise, France.
Don Wright - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Don Wright is a CMA and brings Ultrasonix extensive and varied background in Finance and business operations with nearly 25 years in the media industry. Most recently, Don was Director of Finance for Pacific Newspaper Group, publisher of the Vancouver Sun and Province, and prior to that was VP Business Operations for Global Television Western Operations.
Sundeep Rao - VP of Manufacturing and OTR
Mr. Sundeep Rao has extensive Manufacturing and Supply Chain experience in the hi-tech, automotive and electronics industries. He joined Ultrasonix from Ballard Power Systems where he held positions of increasing responsibility in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain area.
Prior to joining Ballard Power Systems, Mr. Rao was a management consultant with Ernst and Young LLP where he consulted for clients in the areas of Supply Chain and Business Process Improvement. Rao's career also includes tenures with Telxon Corporation and General Motors Corporation in the United States.
Mr. Rao holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, Houston and a Masters Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Oklahoma State University. He obtained his Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering from Bangalore University.
Graham Coulter - VP of Service and Sales Operations
Mr. Graham Coulter has over 25 years experience in Operations and Logistics management in the transportation and aviation industry. He joined Ultrasonix as Director of Customer Services from Heli-One where he held the position of Global Customer Support Manager.
Prior to Heli-One, Graham held various roles in the airline and logistics fields including the British Columbia Ministry of Health's Air Ambulance Service as well as VP Administration and Business Development for a regional airline where he managed the business through its initial growth phases increasing revenues from 1.2 to 25 MM over 4 years.
Chas Yu - Quality Assurance Manager
Mr. Chas Yu has eleven years of Quality Management experience in auditing, quality system development and implementation, including six years in the field of medical device manufacturing. He holds the titles of IRCA Provisional Auditor, American Society of Quality Certified Software Quality Engineer and ASQ Certified Quality Engineer. Mr. Yu completed his Higher Diploma of Manufacturing Engineering at Hong Kong Polytechnics.
John Fitzgerald - VP of EMEA Sales
Mr. John Fitzgerald has been in the Health Care field for 36 years, the last 14 years of which he has been based in
Europe
and the previous years in the Canadian market. While in
Canada
, Fitzgerald was General Manager of Overseas Monitor Corporation (OMC), a medical electronic distributor of the Aloka Ultrasound product line. Under his direction OMC sold the first Color Flow Doppler unit in
North America
in the early 1980's & grew the business revenues to in excess of 8 million. In 1995, Fitzgerald was appointed as Distributor Manager for ATL and increased the European Distribution sales by 40% in 3 years. During Fitzgerald's first 2 years at Ultrasonix he has established a strong distribution network in
Europe

Joe Bjorklund - VP of North America Sales
Mr. Joe Bjorklund has over 13 years of Clinical and Sales Management experience in the Healthcare industry, most recently in the position of Business Manager- Emerging Markets for Ultrasonix.
Prior to joining Ultrasonix, Mr. Bjorklund was National Sales Manager- Hospital Business for RF Technologies, a leading provider of comprehensive, integrated radio frequency identification (RFID) safety and security solutions. He also served in various Sales and Management positions with SonoSite Inc. from 2000 to 2003 through a growth phase where revenues increased from 32 to nearly 85 MM.
Mr. Bjorklund holds a Bachelors Degree from St. John's University in Collegeville, MN.
